The media really had all of us Southern folks freaked out, warning us that we had an “arctic storm” headed our way. Just about all of Tennessee shut down in preparation of this event. I fully expected to wake up this morning and find the van buried in a snow drift. But, when I looked out the window, there was no snow! However, by the time I left for work, it had begun to snow. After a few hours, Charlie went out and got some cool shots. I love the ones of Jareth. He’s such a beautiful cat! Enjoy.

Great pictures, I can’t believe that’s Tennessee! The cat looks amused.
They are fantastic and Jareth is gorgeous! I am however wondering why an indoor chair is left outside? It is waiting to be picked up to be taken away?
Yes, we put it out there about 2 months ago, and the city won’t come pick it up. We are going to have to take it to the dump, I guess. It’s a horrible chair that no one would want, believe me.
Wonderful pics Kelly and makes me a little lonesome for my home town up north. We don’t see much of the white stuff down here. I like the look of your town too : ) Your Jareth is one of the most beautiful kitties I think I’ve ever seen!
Yes, he’s beautiful. However, he did not look that way when we got him. He was very thin and all his hair had fallen out and he was infested with fleas. Poor little guy. But he’s very healthy now, and he’s our “guard cat.”
Very cool pics! I was looking at blogs to follow and while I have followed others, I am sure based on this post that I will be back to see what’s up.
The contrasts are so cool. Since I have a cat, I really enjoyed the kitty pics. Jareth is one cool kitty!
Thanks again for sharing!

Thanks for stopping by, John. I do hope you’ll be back. I checked out your Twitter page, and decided to follow you there.
My hubby does some great photography work, and he really captured Jareth at the perfect time in that first picture. Best kitty picture we have, and we have TONS!
